Production of protecting designs.
Technological capacity of the company as of 2011 makes 3 production automated lines on continuous production of protecting panels of a laminate of a high pressure (HPL).
Own production base, qualified personnel of technical services, design office, the factory production personnel allow quickly, qualitatively and in time to carry out orders on design and delivery of protecting designs.
The BERVER GmbH company by production of panels uses the HPL technology when production consists of two stages:
1. Production of a multilayered bearing plate
2. Impregnation of a decorative layer – pressing under the ultrahigh pressure of overlay and decorative paper with addition of glue provides necessary characteristics (durability, sacred and the thermal stability, antimicrobic properties, etc.).
As a result the laminate with very good characteristics on crash-worthiness not only the panel massif, but also edge durability turns out.
Production of installations for maintenance of a temperature and moist mode (air conditioning) of medical appointment of the company makes a full production cycle from procuring operation before acceptance tests:
- development of design and technological documentation;
- procuring and assembly and welding works on machines with ChPU;
- metalwork and assembly works;
- enlarging assembly of blocks;
- assembly of control facilities and automatic equipment;
- climatic tests.
High technical equipment of production allows to provide reliability and stable release of the qualitative production having the corresponding certificates.
