Opening of the Federal Center for Cardiovascular Surgery, Perm

In Perm the ceremonial opening of the Federal center of cardiovascular surgery took place. It is supposed that the heart City - such poetical name gave to this center - will be able to accept to 11 thousand patients a year. In the center it is planned to perform about 5 thousand the most difficult operations annually. The personnel basis of the federal cardiocenter will be made by the staff of the Perm Institute of heart headed by professor Sergey Sukhanov.

Before an entrance guests of honor headed by the governor of Perm Krai Oleg Chirkunov and the chief cardiosurgeon of Russia Leo Bokeriya traditionally cut a tape. The governor of edge together with colleagues and leading doctors of Perm congratulated inhabitants of edge on this event: "Many thanks to all who took part in building of object, all that who made the decision on construction. And I want to wish success to those who in this center will work and will save human lives".

The management of the BERVER company which was engaged in equipment of pure rooms оперблока (including angiographic operational) and chambers of intensive therapy, with pleasure took part in the center opening ceremony.
